Architecture

Cortex-M7 edge device with LTE/BLE/Modbus → cloud APIs → web and mobile apps with realtime telemetry, alarms, and per-device configuration.

Requirement

Independently verify environmental and equipment conditions at remote sites. The system monitors wet well levels, temperature, flow, equipment status, and power failure - with web, Android, and iOS interfaces to control parameters for remote equipment.

Hardware development

Complete PCB design, assembly, and prototype with:

  • Cortex-M7 MCU with external SRAM and DC-DC converter with backup battery
  • LTE, BLE, RS485, RS422 (Modbus), and RS232 communication
  • Discrete IOs and onboard storage (eMMC)
  • Interfaces compatible with multiple industrial sensors

Web interface

Web and mobile interfaces supporting:

  • Registration of new wells
  • Location-based device status with power indicators
